    Alpine is only operating on Weekends, I believe.

    I hope Alpine DOES happen at some point, though.

    I bet they would make an exception for Pearl Jam - don't you think? (regarding weekend shows only)

    I talked with David Shaw early this week. He is the GM of Alpine Valley and he clearly told me that Jimmy Buffett on 8-29 is that last concert of the season at Alpine. I call Dave every year so he knows me kinda and we chat PJ. They would love PJ to come back to Alpine. ''Maybe next year''. I'm starting to sound like a Cubs fan now. lol

    So I'll see you in Chicago. It's at least a couple shows in the area and I'll take it.

    I would bet a lot of money on the fact that we will NEVER see 4 straight shows from Pearl Jam ...

    God I hope not. As much as I want to see them at Alpine again, the two Chicago shows has me tapped out.
