I think it's much more a travesty that they've skipped Noblesville for goin on 7 years.
  • typically when routing you don't do Chicago and East Troy back to back. The markets pretty much overlap.

I am sick of seeing the Alpine threads myself I must say.

Well then look away when you see them on the board. Simple as that.

    Have a great day. :)

I guess you've never been to Alpine Valley before? Once you go and see a show there... you will also start threads like this!
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

If you've seen some of the women sitting on top on vans with no panties on you definately wouldnt get sick of seeing the Alpine Threads :D

Yup... it is a great venue... That and the show at the Fox in STL are my favorite two shows. As for Noblesville... I slept right through the buzzcocks in row 10 in 2003 becuase of the fun I had at alpine.

That shit gets old at Alpine and its downright disturbing seeing 30 plus guys all drunk yelling and screaming watching a drunk chick doing that stuff.

But it's worth a look. lol

Yea ok I'm going. I gave me answer today.

I'm bad with peer pressure. lol :D

UC is a dump and I prefer seeing Pearl Jam at outside venues. But I'll take a PJ show over not seeing a PJ show. :)

Thank goodness for ACL in October. :)

I'm bummed that it's highly unlikely that they will play Alpine this year, but I'm happy that we get a Chicago show and I can at least go to one on this tour without flying (assuming it's mostly a West and South tour). I'll still wear my God Damn "PLAY ALPINE VALLEY" shirt and hope for next year....

Well, I don't know. I thought the gig in 2006 at UC was pretty decent :)

    So, no OSL for Patrick?

The shows in 2006 were great no doubt but I just don't care for the UC.

Oh and I'll be wearing my ''play alpine valley'' shirt that's for sure. :D

No OSL for me but I'm doing the ACL and hoping for some west coast shows. :)
