Did they give out the fan club tickets in blocks or like recently the past few tours your tickets were already
decided at will call?

I don't know, but the "Tours" part of this website is wrong. The Verizon Wireless on 6/12/03 was Kansas City, not San Antonio if any mods are reading.
    Kansas City 6/12/03 ** Kissimmee 10/9/04 ** Atlantic City 10/1/05 ** Denver 7/2/06 ** Denver 7/3/06 ** Chicago 8/23/09 ** Chicago 8/24/09 ** Kansas City 5/3/10 ** Dallas 11/15/13 ** Oklahoma City 11/16/13 ** St. Louis 10/3/14 ** Tulsa 10/8/14 ** Chicago - Wrigley Field 8/20/16 ** Chicago - Wrigley Field 8/22/16 ** Oklahoma City 9/20/22 ** Ft. Worth 9/15/23

    EV - St. Louis 7/1/11 ** Tulsa 11/19/12

during the '03 tour, seniority was in place and the block system was used to distribute tix,...

That was a cool link! Ah, the memories.

2003 was definitely seniority by blocks, even though they acted like it wouldn't matter how early you lined up... it did. They abandoned that on every tour since then I think. If you got there early, you did get closer seats within your block. I remember showing up early for a Camden show and it was so insanely crowded and long lines, and late opening the windows, that we just left and figured we'd go back before the show. I think our seats ended up being 3 or 4 rows further (like 12th row instead of 8th or something) than they would have been if we wasted an entire afternoon waiting in line.
