Chicago conformation new info

Just to let some people know I have not got my 2nd email yet so I was getting worried. So I called the ten club and they told me that if it shows in your Profile under order history, than you are good. that is what I know and that makes me feel alot better, see you all there and this is going to be a great show

    I finally emailed them as I was booted out and my cc hadn't cleared and I haven't received an email. They answered very quickly that if they are in your profile order history you have them. :) Here's the email:

    Hi,

    If you can see the tickets in your order history then you have the tickets.
    A confirmation email will be sent at the end of the pre-sale after you
    credit card has been charged.

    I just wonder why so many got/get the emails and others don't. ???

    thanks guys... i was concerned... but didnt want to bug them... glad i was able to find out here

    i figured i was cool as the order is in my profile.... but not even ONE e mail!

    was starting to worry......

    Yep, I'm normally not concerned if they are in my profile, but combine that with getting booted off and it not clearing my cc and everyone else getting emails I had to email and check! :lol:
