Are these all the U.S. PJ tour dates for 2009?

Hey all. I remember Jeff and Mike saying in separate interviews that PJ would play the south and west of the U.S. in 2009. Does anyone know if these couple U.S. concerts/festivals are all PJ is playing? It doesn't really seem worth it for the band to play less than ten dates in Europe and the U.S.

I have no idea, but I've been wondering about the '10 full tour rumor after the album comes out. Is this true and where did the rumor come from?

I don't know, but I'll be a little bummed out if I buy tix for Chicago and come to find out there are some shows much closer to me in the future...it seems ideal to wait, but damnit...I'm so fucking eager to see a show and a tour...

Can we just get a full-blown toru announcement and no more of these date here and date there teasers?

Even a hint from Santos saying that, "yes, there will be more shows" would be nice

I am confident that there will be more shows. Part of me thinks that they are purposely staggering these announcements/ticket presales so that the web servers don't completely shit the bed.

I was having trouble accessing the website between 12:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. Eastern Time. Either the website wouldn't load or it would take minutes to load. We are only talking about 2 shows. It's like beating a dead horse, but something should be done about this.

They pointed out that the Toronto and Chitown shows are to close the Euro tour.

I think they'll schedule more dates around the festivals and then head south for the winter to Aussies and SA.

There was a solid rumour posted a few weeks back of a show in your backyard this fall ... I believe the date was Sept 23...

I sure as fuck hope there are more shows....I can't tell you how fucking disappointed I was this morning when I woke up. Why the fuck would there be a tweet for only 2 fucking shows?!?!?!?!?!? how about something like this:
tweet tweet... have your shit in order the next couple months and be prepared for something to be announced... not tweet tweet be ready by Monday so that a measly 2 shows can be announced and the news will pertain to like 2% of the entire club

That is a good point, they did say they were to close the Euro shows. I really think they are just stops on the way to Outside Lands.

    +1

I'll be really disappointed if these are the only North American shows for 2009 besides the festivals.

I hope the rumors about them touring between the two festivals turns out to be true.
