Weren't these 2 cities the ones with more respectful crowd behavior?

I know Chicago Night 1 was.. ANd I think i remember hearing that Toronto was too...

    I'm sure we'd like to convince ourselves we were, but Night 1 T.O. the crowd was pretty bad - Night 2 was a bit better, but nowhere near as good as I thought the crowd behaved themselves in Santa Barabara - or even LA2 for that matter.
