as long as it's not at the Aragon or United Center, I'm down with anything.
Pritzker pavilion would be an awesome place to do a show

that's just guesswork though right? I know the Toronto date was from a LiveNation employee.

They should really do two shows here - they had no problem filling the place last time with two nights...

    this is 100% correct.

I am in the minority that is happy about that. The odd outdoor show is cool in the summer, but I prefer arena shows ~ they are much louder, often have a better ability for a long show that breaks the curfew, and there is something to be said for the band taking the stage at the beginning of the show in the pitch black before they play the first note of Release, Oceans, Long Road, etc.

If Toronto is going to be outside, I am happy that Chicago is inside :)

I actually agree with this... I kind of hate Tinley Park (whatever its called these days) and the other outdoor venues in Chicago don't seem to really work for PJ.

As much as UC/Rosemont (yeah, I wont recognize it as Allstate...) can take a little of the summer atmosphere away, they also work for a lot of other reasons.

Leave Alpine for the outdoor concert... lets go for two in Chicago and an Alpine date - is that too much to ask? :)

Places like Alpine, The Gorge, Red Rocks and Santa Barbara Bowl don't apply to my previous comments :)
