Blah, what to do?

Assuming PJ announce Toronto on Monday but don't announce the Spectrum, should I hold out for a Philly (or closer) show or make the 9 hour trip to Canada? What say you, my other New Englanders/North Easterners?

What up? I'm with you, fuck the Bulls. Personally, I will not be traveling to Canada but would consider Toronto before Philly because I have been to Philly and not Toronto. I'm all about new sights. I am hoping they announce a Chicago show because I have close friends in Chicago and would jump over there in a sec to see PJ. Good luck with your decision.

I'd wait for them to announce the Philly show. It would suck to miss the last time Pearl Jam plays the Spectrum and you can always try and get Toronto tickets some other way.

Never been to either, but I'm thinking I'll hold out for the Spectrum. Who knows, if they play back to back nights I might end up getting to two shows rather than one. Hope Chicago works out for you.

I'm planning on heading to Toronto, and if they end up doing shows closer to Boston as well, that's just gravy.

i may be reading too much into this, but when the tweet says "in your seat" i'm assuming it's implying it's an ed solo show, not a full band show

I am waiting too. I think you can get more bang for your buck if they tour the west coast then going to Toronto/Chicago. If they don't announce anything in the west, you can always get tickets and go later.

That's my plan and I am sticking to it.

    Toronto's a cool city!

I'm saying that as someone from Ottawa, who should hate toronto...

I'm going to Toronto if it's on the 21st as suspected. It's my birthday and damn close to the Aug 18th show I saw at the X in 1993... gonna make it a PJ anniversary (first show anniv., and first repeat city, plus the b-day... man... i don't know if I need any more excuses?).

Its gorge or nothing for me. acl festival looks like a cool lineup. As much as I hate philly teams I'd love to see pj at the spectrum
