In My Tree- reversed vocal?/backmasking?

Always wondered about this..it's a top 5 song for me, but what the devil is he saying at this part?
(Eddie's down in his home)

I reckon it's that backmasking thing, like they did on Pry, to..it sounds like it's in reverse..anyone know for sure?

    just a reverb/delay combination, nothing in reverse, no secret codes, no "fuck ticketmaster" chant in there, nothing, oh except the "we'll keep taking your money; and xmas singles from now on will be extremely late"
