    This will be my first time going to a pearl jam related live event. So, what's the scoop on these pre-parties? I don't know if I can be there early since I have to work that day and then drive from Alabama (and back), but what's the scoop? Maybe I can pull some strings and get off early (or call in sick).

    I already spoke with them. I think this location is the only one still open but they are still there so we are good!

    They are a way for fellow fans to get together and help raise money for a good cause. Just a fun time with people sharing the same love of the band. The couple I have been to have been a lot of fun so you should try to make it if you can.
