This is another beer-themed article by the Athletic as well.  Awesome to see Lawrence, KS on the list!

The best college towns in America, ranked by their local beer options

I went to Lawrence, KS once. For my ex-wifes sisters wedding. It was in December. I got a speeding ticket in Davenport, IA on my way home. Not the most fun trip ever, but I have been there.  ;)

I know that drive well. We usually go that route from Milwaukee down I-80.

Yes sir.  Been preaching about them for a while.  They're in my top 3 locals, along with HB and P3.

One of the better ones they put out. Super tasty and finally a night that’s comfortable enough to sit outside. Cheers, everyone!

^ If I was told I could only have one beer for the rest of my life it would probably be Half Acre Daisy Cutter.

Really good DIPA from Phase Three. Not a huge fan of lactose, but this is not too sweet at all.

Any Iowans?! Or maybe @Glorified KC gets some his way. Drove through Des Moines and brought a bunch back.

I have not seen it yet, but I will see if it’s around this weekend.  I live in Wisconsin now, so it may not be up here.  It’s possible it’s in MO.

That was my first thought. It's dated 6/3 so should be good...

Definitely darker color than most NEIPA. Low abv at 5.5 too. Not necessarily a bad thing...just lower than most.

West coast DIPA by Phase Three with el dorado, galaxy and Amarillo. Big boy at 8.4%. Delicious change of pace.
