When Exactly Did Pearl Jam Become an Epic Band?

I consider Pearl Jam an epic band. Their live performances, music, activism, celebrity, etc. make them epic in my eyes. When do you think they hit that status? After Vs. sold so many albums in one week? Atlanta 94? Yield tour? Personally, I think they went from huge to epic during the 2003 tour. Any other thoughts?

    Didn't mean to hate; I just get tired of people being rude because they don't agree etc. That other post was different

    Sounds about right.. he he and from then on allthey had to do was play.. which they did.. and Here we all are.. Ahhh good music, great people, and a few misunderstandings.. makes for an interesting conversation.. :-)
