email confirmation for tickets ??

Hi all,

I bought (I think, I hope...) tickets for Rotterdam and London.
I received a few minutes after emails saying "Your Pearl Jam Ten Club order has been received", but I haven't received yet the email "order processed"...

Did you all receive your confirmation email ?

I'm starting to worry, because most of times I receive the email "order processed" not long after the email "order received"...

I'm still waiting as well. I received my order confirmation about 27-28 hours ago but i'm still waiting for the order processed email. Having looked through the messages under the European Tour News section, it seems that quite a few of us are getting a bit stressed about the same thing. I haven't seen any messages to state that anyone's received the "order processed" email yet, so i'm not too worried. I just hope that i inputted my card details correctly. I was in such a rush to get the tickets booked that i may have messed it up! I'm pretty sure that it will be fine though.

Could be wrong - but don't think you get a confirmation email for tickets. Do you?

Yeah, you get a second email when they've actually processed and charged your card.... I'm waiting too!! I keep checking me emails and my online credit card bill!!!!

no 'order processed' email but my online credit card bill has a 'pending' transaction for 97.32 quid which sounds about right so should be OK...

i was thinking about this too, and i'm sure i read somewhere, that you get the first confirmation that we all get, with a message saying youget an e-mail once its processed, and i'm sure i read that you get this e-mail nearer the time, with details about picking you tickets up from the venue.

i also checked on my ten club profile, under the section with all the things you've ordered from the ten club, and the last transaction is for the tickets... so i would not worry about it, but if in doubt and it makes you feel better, i'd just e-mail the ten club and ask, just to be sure,

Yeah I ordered Manchester tix on Monday and London tix on Tuesday and I am still waiting for a processed emails? Give this is the same for everyone!

This is the initial confirmation of your Ten Club ticket purchase for the Pearl Jam show on 17/8 in Manchester.

1) Your Ten Club purchase is for two (2) general admission, standing tickets.

2) Tickets are not mailed in advance. Tickets are distributed at the box office at the venue on the day of the show.

3) Ten Club members must be present to collect the tickets at the box office on the day of the show.

4) All Ten Club members must show photo identification to collect purchased tickets.

5) Ticket distribution will begin approximately 2 hours before doors open. More information about box office location and door times will follow closer to the date of the show.

6) There will NOT be early entry for this show. All Ten Club ticket buyers will enter the venue with the general public. There will not be a special reserved fan club section inside the venue.

7) All ticket sales are final.
