Pre- sale for noob

Greetings Fellow Ten Clubbers,

Being The Noob i am, I joined the Ten Club on the 27th of April 2009, one day short of being eligible
for pre-sales.
But then I read a shred of hope...

'' On April 30, the pre-sale will open to ALL active members of the Ten Club.''

O what joy looks like i will be seeing the lads after all, but terror strikes again.........

''Ten Club is offering pre-sale tickets to active members only. You must be an active member as of April 26th to qualify for the pre-sale.''

So can someone please clear up this predicament for me, I'm a true avid fan of Pearl Jam and have never gotten a chance to see them

    they give a "tweet" on The Porch to let people know to get their memberships up to date before they announce a pre-sale. They did this. It sounds like you registered yesterday, the same day as the tour announcement, which every time a tour is announced is too late to join and be eligible for the pre-sale.

    What you may want to do is request a ticket from someone on here who may have an extra single, or buy them when they go on sale to the general public.

    wow. easy there, man. have you tried emailing the 10c? they might make an exception, you know. also, like the Hoff said, there are always people here that have extra tickets. chin up, man! it'll work out for you. 8-)

    There are other benefits, but I understand your frustration. Email 10c, if they can help you, they will.

    "You must be an active member as of April 26th to qualify for the pre-sale" was in their description.

    You still get access to tickets to future pre-sales.
    You still get a "holiday" single.
    You still get the Deep newsletter booklet.

    So, there are three benefits that you ARE getting. This is the way it's worked for a number of years. No surprises...

    OK so a few harsh words were thrown around and some feelings were hurt,but were past that now
    and we will just look towards the future

    Im currently trying to contact <!-- e --><a href="mailto:Tickets@tenclub.net">Tickets@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> to see if they can emm let one slide i suppose

    Not when the line before it says "Ten Club is offering pre-sale tickets to active members only. You must be an active member as of April 26th to qualify for the pre-sale." What part of that is misleading?!

    Awhile back someone got his old # back through the 10C staff so you might be in luck with a positive feedback.

    Yeah, let's try to keep things positive around here. I was not misled by any PJ emails/postings referencing the tour.

    Good luck, I have always been given great customer service by the 10C....

    I would think you are almost certain to get the magazine...the vinyl may be a different story...but you'll get this year's!

    It's hard to tout the newsletter and single as benefits of the fan club, though...they DO eventually come, but certainly not at the promised rate...

    BTW Eduardo Veduardo Jr notice you're from Silver Spring MD... was there visiting my brother and his family a few years back...first time in USA (also saw other brother in LA)...lovely place.
