Why so few euro dates?

Anybody know why there are only a few euro dates this summer? Are these festivals or their own shows?

    They are all Pearl Jam shows. If they were festival shows it would be unlikely 10c would have a pre-sale for them.

    As for why so few, well, the press releases indicate they'll be back later in the year so I guess maybe they're over here in holidays and thought they'd play a couple of shows? Who knows.

    I doubt they'll be back later in the year. People are really jumping the gun on this "months after the release" thing. :p :?

    I think they're taster shows to tide us over 'til next years new album summer tour.
    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.
