Is it the cheapest way to take Ryan Air from Berlin to Stansted, and go by train to Manchester from London?

The train from London to Manchester will be cheaper closer to the time. Cheap fares are released 10-12 weeks before travel so in about a month.
To get a true idea of prices search the train websites for same day of the week and time of day in July. If you manage to catch them on the day they are released you may be able to get a single for £10-£15
You can keep an eye on this page to see when the cheap fares are released (the dates highlighted in green)

It won't be in a month
I just checked for 19 July to get an idea of prices and there are some for £8 ... time wise because of getting to/from airports and check in the train should be quicker
£130 sounds like an 'Anytime' fare. The cheap fares are the 'Advance' fares and for the dates you want wont be on sale yet but they are limited and the price goes up as more are sold which is why you need to book them as soon as possible after they are released.
