what i want to know is why are people looking to begin with? looking for tickets to buy at face value, looking to turn scalpers in (scalper patrol?).
I've bought and sold tickets on craigslist for face several times. Not for PJ but for other bands and events. If you're looking for tickets, it's not out of the question. edit: I did sell a PJ ticket once, day of the show.
However, I would look for them day of the show or maybe the day before. the people who are selling for face are people who had every intention of using them themselves and then found out they can't go.
I don't know if this is something that's grounds for removal from craigslist, is it? can the 10c have it removed?
Since 10C states as one of the conditions of sale that reselling of the tickets above face value is prohibited, and will result in losing all future ticket buying privileges, I would say that they probably could get it removed pretty easily.

It's sorta funny that this type of thing is still going on... the banning and flagging of ticket sellers. No more short selling in the market either! :0)

I would bet that ad was up long enough for a few inquiries and if the seller was smart, he used an anonymous email.
Unless they have undercovers hanging out in front of the 10c window watching people sell their 10C tix, all they can do is ask that the ads be taken down. They will pop back up though.
the 10c does what they can, and its not as easy as selling TM tickets for profit, but there is a limit to the 10c's ability to enforce the rules.

not that I condone it, but if that's the market price...
If someone is stupid enough to pay $600 for a pair of EV solo tickets
then yes, he is gonna get away with it.
