Worst mistake of my life to date

....membership ran out on the 17th April and I stupidly forgot to renew, which makes me ineligible for the european presale

Anyone any ideas on what I can do?! Presume I cant use someone elses member ID?? Ah, im so gutted...

    if that's the worst mistake of your life, consider yourself blessed =) i'm sure there are people on the board more than happy to share their spare to someone in need! usually there are tickets floating around up until the actual concert so i think you should be good. ask around, and besides, i got better seats through ticketmaster for the mansfield show last year, maybe you'll get lucky this year as well

    ah, thanks...yeah, maybe I panicked a bit with the title of the thread...I'll be giving the public sale a go anyway so fingers crossed....

    I'd need 2 tickets ideally, so if anyone does end up with 2 extra for manchester/london please to let me know! I'll be on here closer to the time to haggle people until they say yes :)

    if you got the e-mail reminder and missed the 30day or whatever it is grace period... oops might have to get a new number, if not contact 10c see what they can do...

    as for the tix, find a friend who only needs 1 of the pair :)
    Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

    It only ran out on 17th April so I'm still under the 30 days of grace...not sure if that counts for ticket purchases though?

    I've sent a mail off anyway, lets hope they're nice to me :)

    I'm pretty sure the tweet said to make sure that your membership was up to date by the 26th.... so while you will be able to renew and keep your number, you probably won't be eligible for the pre-sale.

    check out this thread.... finnannie has one ticket each available for rotterdam and berlin. better get on it ASAP.

    It would be worse if if you lost your number instead eligibility for a few shows.

    Renew now and buy!!! My membership expired in March, then when the EV tickets went on sale a couple of weeks ago I renewed and my renewal date was considered from the date it expired and I was immediately able to but the tickets (or chance at them I should say).

    its actually a 60 day grace period i believe, and as long as you renew your membership in that time it applies from when your membership originally was renewed from the year previous, which means you are eligible because your number is good as of April 17/09 if you renew in the grace period, I had the same thing a few weeks ago with the EV shows.
