Yeah, and that's the bit I'd like to clarify - by 'ALL' do they mean all members from around the world that were active before the 27th, or ALL members including new members?

I've not had a reply to this question yet, but I expect that's because of the time difference.

In order to qualify for the presales, you had to be an active member on the 26th (last day to be able to become member). So, if you are a new member and you purchased your membership on the 26th you are fine. If you purchased it on the 27th you are stuffed. That is for all members around the world - you had to be a member the day before the announcement.

Is that the Ten Club response???

So what happens on the 30th?? Who can buy then?? It states ALL active members (doesn't qualify that with active before 26th)

No.. my response. This is what 10C say: "Ten Club is offering pre-sale tickets to active members only. You must be an active member as of April 26th to qualify for the pre-sale. This pre-sale will be restricted to European members only from April 27-29. On April 30, the pre-sale will open to ALL active members of the Ten Club.

So, if your profile says your membership is from the 27th, you do not qualify. It is stated quite clearly.

Oh well, its just badly worded...ALL would mean ALL to me but hey I'll just wait. Do you think there will still be standing tickets available come public sale if I don't get pre-sale?

ALL.... active (you keep on forgetting this lil' word that came right after ALL) members. i.e. the presale is open to all active members. The condition of the presale is that you were active by 26th.

I'm sure there will be standing available at the public sale.

I don't think either way of looking at it is wrong.

'ALL active members' sounds very much like 'ALL active members'.

I expect that it is only for members from April 26th and back, but it's ambiguous in it's wording.

TEN CLUB - TICKETS

Since the beginning of the Ten Club, Pearl Jam has been dedicated to making sure that fans get priority seating whenever possible. Sometimes, there are circumstances beyond our control that limit our ability to do this. But we go to bat for you...and most of the time, we find a way.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchasing tickets through the Ten Club pre-sale means you have
agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully
before purchasing tickets from the Ten Club.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be an active Ten Club member as of the pronounced deadline to be eligible for any current pre-sale opportunity.
You cannot purchase a new Ten Club membership or renew an expired membership after the pronounce deadline and be eligible for the current pre-sale. Purchasing a membership or renewal will qualify you for future Ten Club benefits
only. One membership per individual only.

PURCHASING TICKETS

Ten Club pre-sale tickets will be available online only at http://www.pearljam.com in the Goods section. No phone, e-mail, or mail orders will be accepted.
Two tickets per show, per member. No single tickets will be sold. Pairs only.
Pre-sale tickets are limited. Ten Club does not guarantee tickets for all eligible members regardless of seniority. Tickets are available to all eligible fan club members while supplies last.
Visa and Mastercard are the only acceptable forms of payment. We do not accept Discover, American Express or PayPal.
Ticket prices will vary.
If you are using someone else's credit card to purchase tickets, please make sure to log into your active Ten Club account and enter the correct billing information for the card in use. Unauthorized purchases will not be honored.
We do not guarantee tickets to additional shows, which could be added after the official tour announcement, but we will generate an opportunity for members to reserve tickets if possible. Information will be posted on our website if and when this happens.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No transfers.
Reselling Ten Club tickets for above face value will result in the revocation of all future ticket privileges.

TICKET CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your ticket order is successfully processed. You may also view your ticket order in your profile. To access your Ten Club profile, go to Goods, click on LogIn, enter the appropriate user name and password, and click on Profile. The order confirmation is essentially receipt of your ticket purchase.
You will receive a follow-up confirmation email, closer to the date of the show, with details of how, when, and where to collect your Ten Club tickets.

SEATING

Seat location is not revealed until tickets are collected on the day of the show.
Priority fan club tickets are allocated by seniority. Ten Club reserves the
right to make exceptions to this policy.
We reserve the best seats in the house for fan club tickets, starting from the first row on the floor and extending back. We also reserve the side sections closest to the stage when necessary. All Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating unless otherwise announced.
Group seating is not an option, but your pair of tickets will be seated together.
Wheelchair accessible seating is available through the Ten Club pre-sale. If you require ADA seating, please contact us directly at tickets@tenclub.net or 1-800-724-8038.
General Admission tickets purchased through the fan club will allow fan club members early entry into the venue whenever possible. Members will receive wristbands which will authorize early entry. Ten Club reserves the right to make changes to this policy when deemed necessary.

DISTRIBUTION

Tickets will be distributed at the venue box office on the day of the show only. We will not mail your tickets in advance of the show.
Tickets are pre-determined so arriving at the box office early will not increase your chances of better seats.
You must show a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, school ID) to collect your tickets at the box office. No exceptions. It is also helpful, but not necessary, to have your Ten Club member number available for additional verification.
The Ten Club member whose account was used to purchase the tickets must be present to collect the tickets on the day of the show. No exceptions.

The Docklands Travelodge is 5 mins walk from the East India station of the London Docklands Railway (DLR). Take the train from here and travel East, one stop, to Canning Town. Change at Canning Town to the London Underground Jubilee Line and travel West, one stop, to North Greenwich. It'll drop you right outside the 02 and takes around 10 mins in total.

The Docklands Travelodge is a real handy place to stay!

i've been reading everybodys comments about the travellodge, which has give me useful info. thanks, i've bookd tickets for pj, and my friend has booked flights from london, and accomodation at the docklands travel lodge. sounds like there will be quite a few of us jammers there.

don't want to sound stupid, but i read someone elses comments, which made it sound like the stage for the O2 is in the middle, is that so, or only for certain bands like when metallica did it?

Does anyone know when they will be taking money off people's credit cards. I booked my tickets on Monday evening, got the order confirmation e-mail but haven't been charged the money yet.

I think that I've read somewhere on the board that 10c will be charging credit cards once tickets pre-sae is over (5th of May).I may be wrong.
If the ticket order is in your good's profile, then it's ok and you don't have to worry

In terms of sound the arena is great, plenty loud. I have seen the Rolling Stones, Foo Fighters and Linkin Park there. Never actually managed to get standing tickets before - gotta love the 10C!

The only problem is it's good if you are level 1 seated or standing, but once you get to level 4 seated, you are pretty damn high up. Poor seats at the O2 and you will really feel like you are missing out! - It's not a very well designed arena tbh as I've also been top row at Wembley Stadium and that doesn't feel any further up or back, despite the fact it holds 90,000 people to the O2's 22,000.
