Ten re issue and bonus code for Rockband?

Ok friends here it is, I am a huge PJ fan live by Victoria BC so I have had a chance to seee them 6 or 7 times. I will listen to some PJ daily, for me is almost a religious experiemce. Another one of my past time enjoyments is Rockband the videogame for Xbox 360. So long story short I bought the re isse of Ten with the "bonus tracks" suppse to be included for Rockband. State of Love and Trust, Brother and a live version of Alive, and to my dismay there was "no code" for these songs, just wondering if anyone else had this problem. Side note anyone get their holiday single for the ten club as well?.
