Revisiting the 10c ticket seat lottery:

thank you so much 10c, giving us XXX,XXXers the chance to sit so close....i won in Hartford, and has to be one of the greatest moments in my life

i hope they do it again next tour so others can win too

    I never won the lottery but I definately hope they keep it going for the next tour. Congrats for winning in Hartford. there must be so much energy up front for these shows.

    i've alway wondered about the front row....isnt it too loud? my ears are ringing after a show watching from the lawn, i can only imagine the damage done to your eardrums from the front row....

    My ears don't really ring anymore, irregardless of where I sit. Now, that can't be a good thing. Goodbye outer ear cells :cry:

    I won it in MSG I, and the time spent in that front row with my friend who flew in from Seattle for this - were priceless! can't put a price tag on it, even though people tried. I am all for the younglings and late comers getting this chance - and ready to run for the rails in Europe, which is more my style :mrgreen:

    I don't have the super duper cool seniority... i.e. the person that had a 1600 TC numbre back in 2003. Mines in the 190,xxx. I know there is a lot of bickering over the ticket system. I truly miss the first come first serve method. There was nothing better than hanging out all day prior to a show... cooking food... throwing a football, playing guitar, and waiting in line for our ten club tickets. That ingenuity got me 2nd row and 3rd row a few times. In 2000 and 2003 a 190.xxx wasnt that good. I have many good memories from hanging out with fellow TC'ers all day.
