That Scott Prian guy is really talented! Since you put up that youtube I've been emailing with him. He's into metal, so he's playing for what he's aiming for. I'm sure he'll refine his technique a little too, but he look all of 19.ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you.

I can't play that way - but it takes talent to play that way. Last night when listening to some jazz on the radio there was a good drummer who sounded pretty similar to this kid.
I enjoy a variety of drummers for a variety of reasons.ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you.

Dream Theater is not my style either... but to credit him, he's just f'n around and soloing in these vids. He can groove very well too as you'll see in some of his other videos.
Another really good drummer on youtube is this Cobus kid. just type in Cobus and a bunch of his covers will come up.Camden I '06, Camden II '06, Bonnaroo '08, Camden I '08, Camden II '08, Philly Spectrum II/III/IV '09, MSG I '10, MSG II '10, Made In America '12, Wrigley '13, Brooklyn II '13, Philly I '13, Philly II '13, ...0 -
