Hartford & Mansfield Tickets as easy as Southern Shows, or Difficult like MSG?

What do you guys think? everything seemed to be going extremely smoothe during the southern sales. everyone was happy and got tickets...now msg 1 came around and everyone is miserable and many got shut out. where do you think hartford and mansfield will fall? very difficult with site problems and crashing, or fairly easy and most people very happy with smoothe ticket sales. ... i really hope it goes well..

If it goes as well as Camden seemed to yesterday, I will be happy.

I expect Hartford to be extremely easy to buy tickets for. Mansfield has the possibility of being more difficult, but nowhere near this craziness for MSG.
  • I know, this MSG debacle is really making me nervous... Now I'm trying to figure out how to get the $ together so I can try for both, don't want to put all my eggs in one basket and get shut out...
Stop following me, I do not know where I am going.

  • I was feeling optimistic for Mansfield (1st choice) & Hartford (2nd) but after MSG I'm definitely getting an unpleasant lump in my throat. My heart goes out for those folks who got shut out of MSG1.

Been on the fence as far as Hartford goes...now I fear I will be kicking myself if I don't try for Hartford and can't get tickets for Mansfield. Aaargh...the AGONY :(

I'm wondering how many folks will head south if they can't get into a northeast show. I sure would be tempted ;)

I'm going through the same thing right now. I wish the Mansfield pre-sale was first. Actually, I wish the Mansfield pre-sale was on Monday so it'd already be over and done with already. :)

I just hope Mansfield isn't nearly as stressful a sale as MSG 1 & 2 are.

  • factor in that some folks may be changing their plans now and hope to get tix to the remaining shows so not to be a pessimist but I'd expect a shitstorm from here on out. Boston will be no cakewalk thats for damn sure

...been looking for the vibe on how hartford/boston presales are going to go tomorrow...your feedback sums it best from what i've read so far and has provided me with the grin of the day for your poetics: "i'd expect a shitstorm from here on out"...

    thanks!

yeah, I'm not too worried about hartford, and think mansfield will be a little tricky, but doable if you stick it out and dont give up right away.

and for those of you who are wondering whether you should try for hartford, on risk you might get shut out of boston....go to both shows!! Dont forget, you've got a $600 check coming in the mail. Go see Pearl Jam! Our government is treating us!

I don't think Hartford will be any more difficult than Camden or D.C. Mansfield may be tough if people who were shut out for MSG decide to try for that show.

The new system seems to have worked really well except for MSG.

Mansfield will probably fall right in the middle. It shouldn't be nearly as bad as MSG.

And I keep hearing about these people saying they got "shut out". There is still a public sale, where there will be tix available. Sure, you may not be able to be in the first 10 rows, but you'll be in the building. It's not that bad.

Getting tickets through TM will be 100X easier then the 10c.

It shouldn't be as tough as MSG, but there will probably be people who got shut out for MSG now trying for the other remaining shows making them harder. But still, I think MSG is the worst its gonna get.

I just posted another thread related to this....I am afraid to DEATH of getting shut out of Mansfield. That would definitely break my heart. MSG night one was a total dissapointment for me, got tickets to night two...Now I get to decide, ticketbastard for night one? Buy Hartford in case of Mansfield shut out? .....ugh...decisions decisions!

  • I'm betting similar to MSG. Maybe not hartford, but definitely mansfield. boston is like the biggest PJ city there is, AND it's the last night of the tour.

I don't understand why there is not more hype for this show, Boston is almost always just as good or better than the NY shows. I am surprised there is only 1 night.

Hartford might be manageable, though there will be spillover from NYC.

Mansfield is going to be a fucking bloodbath. I'm preparing myself for the crushing disappointment already.

shhhhhhhhhhhhhh .... don't hype .... let's get in and out stelth like with our tickets for Great Woods!

I'd say Mansfield has to be just as tough, closing night, only one night (so far) ... heck, I'd trade both MSG I and II for Mansfield if I get shut out.
