PJ Should Sign Some Xmas Singles

Since virtually no one in 10 Club got a signed re-issue of the Ten Super Deluxe Set, maybe a few signed Xmas singles would be nice to mix in there. There will probably be time, since we won't get them until around Labor Day, anyway. :D

    Hi,

Hate to be like this..But, that is wishful thinking...They barely signed any of the supers and that cost $150...You think they are going to sign xmas singles...

I second this idea. That said, they already have our money. They will never do something like that. They have no problem asking us to donate our money to their causes though.

I doubt that. I wish I had a record player so I could actually listen to the singles.

But they might sign some of the copies of the new album? that'd be cool.

    Hi,

You really think they are going to sign anything for us?...Like I stated before...We paid $150 for the super deluxe and they signed a handful of them...I mean if you meet one of the band members on the street...They probably will sign...If you ask them?...But, come on they aren't going send anything signed that we buy..The autograph for the super deluxe was just marketing...If you don't believe?...Well not sure what to tell you..

For the Super Deluxe they should have just said how many they would sign. Like this!

Why would they tell us how many was going to be signed?...Once they said random...Everyone jumped aboard...Thinking there would be a lot of them signed...It is all about trying to sale them..

Yes, they did say they would be "randomly" signed so more people would buy them but I would have bought mine anyways regardless of having the chance to have it signed.

    Hi,

I also purchased mine from the ten club...But, I didn't actually know best buy was going to have it at $129..It comes out to close to the same with tax...But, rather pick it up and not worry about it being damaged during s&h..

The dynamic of the fan club and the number of members has dramatically changed since the mid 90's. Once folks found out you could get tickets, membership exploded starting around 98. There's no way they could run the club the same way nowadays as they did when folks like you and I first joined. From what I've seen comparison wise to other clubs, its still run better and far more fan friendly than the vast majority. You still get personal service from a small staff and not something like Fanfire who seems to handle 90% of fan clubs.

I don't know, it seems as if communication has been on the decline for a while. It's clearly a separation of church and state. ;)

Maybe that's their niche...the mystique of the 10 Club. Seems to be profitable! Kudos to them.
