Howdy! I've only been to Bar 35 once, in February. It's a really cool place but pretty nightclub-y. Maybe they'd be into a gang of Jamily for happy hour, maybe not, so I'll leave it up to the locals.

Yup, we're checking out another place which might be 'roomier', and sure, it's up for the locals if they'll have us freaks, we're nice. but still freaks

BTW I find it pretty odd funny crazy wild and AMAZING that I'm sitting here on, literally, the other side of the planet, and discussing clubs of choice in Honolulu, sounds like a perfectly dreamt up scenario, I LOVE IT

EPIC,is just NOTHING ..when is a greek in the group things getting just bigger......

i just check if there is a fare from Greece..1720$,from Greece.to Honolulu.if i do it i can never return in the country,,the bank people will wait in the airport ,,with the police,and my sister will sings the W.M.A song...!!! :roll:

Can anyone who has stayed in Honolulu before recommend a decent Hotel?

Ala Moana Hotel just renovated awhile back. Rooms small but not bad. It's just outside Waikiki, slightly closer to the concert venue, so you avoid full-on Waikiki traffic. Connected to Ala Moana shopping center, which has tons of shops, restaurants, etc. 5 min walk from Magic Island/Ala Moana beach park. All in all a pretty convenient spot, and you can find rates for under $100 if you look hard.

Count me in plus 1. We are staying at the Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio (not too expensive) and we have a rental car. We got a pretty good flight/hotel/rental car package through travelocity. SO EXCITED!!!

we always use Vacation Rentals By Owner when we go to Hawaii. we found our North Shore condo there and have used the site for many destinations. there are tons of Waikiki condos on it. the price range really varies from cheap to very expensive so you have to weed through it.

I spoke with the folks at Maui Jim, and even met the owner Monday at the Spring women's fishing tournament post awards party. They said we are family, and they will be taking care of us right! We put in for glasses, shirts, stickers for all 3 shows. Waiting to hear back.
