I'd ask about her interaction with Neil Gaiman - he wrote some of the stories in her upcoming book. Maybe ask how familiar she was with Neils work prior to their collaboration.
I'd also ask about how she uses technology to connect with fans, she's a big twitter nut apparently. Does she see it replacing the traditional label/artist relationship, where the label 'grooms' the artist?
