Yeah, I can't help but be very disappointed. I was told a week ago that I won "rollover" tickets... so for 7 days I've had my hopes up and I've started to lay out plans for my trip. I agree... why? If Night One sold out in less than 24 hours, why the hell is there not a second show? Don't know why it's cancelled, but as a fan it feels like something was dangled in front of us then pulled away :!:

you will be able to find them closer to show time. same thing happened last year. tix were expensive to start but dirt cheap the week of
also, by the looks of it... the 10c reserved a ton of tix at the Ryman. there are very few tix available on Stubhub or ebay.
xmas single really that big of a deal? everyone knows it is worth 25 bucks to get the best seats in the house for PEARL JAM shows.. find another fan club that is better and as cheap
thanks again 10c!

You'll probably get attacked on this board, but I kind of agree with you. People will probably say: "If you don't like it, then don't renew your membership!" Or: "I'll happily sit closer to the stage if people like you don't want to go to the shows!"
It seems that this club tries to improve things, but there are a lot of flaws. The X-mas single is a joke. It's 4 months late this year! And how often are we getting a fan club newsletter? I can't remember the last one I received. Telling me I won tickets to the Memphis "rollover" show and then pulling the rug out a week later is frustrating! I have a hard time believing that Eddie couldn't fill a small theatre back-to-back nights. Yes, it's probably just the frustration talking! But for 7 days I thought I had a nice summer vacation in the works involving a road-trip to Memphis to see Eddie... and now it's not happening.

that is false.. the wharehouse does not reserve only the best seats in the house.. there are TONS of TM tix that are better than what they give out.. waiting for someone to back me up here that PJ is the only band that reserves the BEST seats in the house.. only time TM has seats that slip through are SINGLES where the 10C could pair up ...

Well, during the two pearl jam shows I saw last year there were pairs of people with TM seats in front of me. I think I even remember reading posts last year about 10c members getting close to the last row for at least 1 amphitheater show.

Also, I think people need to chill out and remember that this is an Eddie Vedder solo tour, not a mini-PJ tour and 10C was doing us all a FAVOR in conducting this pre-sale for Eddie's solo tour and his fans. How many other fan clubs do you know that would also try to serve fan club members in hooking them up with the opportunity to buy tickets for a band member's solo gigs? Not many, and also, there aren't a hell of a lot of bands out there that has a lead singer as popular and beloved as Eddie. So, please relax and keep the hope and faith alive by doing what you can within financial reason to get tickets to one of the shows. They will be available.
