ATTENTION 10C'ERS: Play your Hartford boot LOUD!!

god damn. when i first listened to my boots (hartford was what i really couldnt wait for) i listened to them in headphones and it brought me right back to the show. However, i just got a new kick ass stereo system that plays things VERY loud and crisp .. it also doesn't pause or fade out in between tracks, so when playing a bootleg it goes straight through like the show .. 9 oclock this morning i decided to pop in hartford and blear that shit. it is the closest feeling i have ever gotten to being back at a show. it's like i'm in the venue! totally rockin out to not for you right now! this is the way to do it!! .. though my neighbors probobly aren't finding it as awesome

    I did this but it just didnt feel like I was at the show. So I thought about it for a while... played it just a tad louder and sprayed myself with pepper spray.

    And you know what? NOW I am back at the show! ;)

    I soooo hope my Hartford boot comes in the mail today. That show was just too great for words.

    I was listening to WPB boot the other day on my stereo I just hooked up (its been packed away for 2 months) and fucck it sounded great. It sounded better than the roo boot.
    Out of the Blue and Into the Black................Uncle Neil Philly 08 here I come!!!!

    When I get mine I will turn it up loud also. It was my favorite of the 4 shows that I saw. :)

    Couldn't make it to any shows out East this year, but this was the first boot I bought. LOVED IT and made me sad I couldn't make it out there.

    Couldn't agree more. Cranked it on my stereo and boosted the bass. Mike sounds amazing on this -- when he hits that first bend in the Immortality solo I got chills, it was like he was in the room with me.

    an older yamaha system but it sounds excellent.

    That's the moment that makes this bootleg absolutely amazing, in my opinion. He just wails on that solo, and it gives me the best kind of chills every single time I listen to it.

    I LOVE hearing Jeff sing backgrounds on Fuckin' Up. You can never hear him sing, but it's loud and clear on the boot!
