The only emails i've gotten about the rollover were (1) confirming my purchase during the presale (2) confirming that I'd gotten a lottery slot for the rollover (3) saying that the rollover was officially confirmed and that I had until 4-19 at noon to cancel the order.
I have not received the final confirmation email like the one I received for Atlanta 1.
My guess is that because people had until yesterday at 3:00 Eastern time to cancel that they probably took Sunday off and will process the rollover confirmations on Monday and we'll get that final email.
