Ticketmaster - International Will Call

As I live in the UK, this was the only delivery method I could choose. I guess they just hold the tickets & I pick up on day of event... but it says I need to give them 10 days notice & a local telephone number.... do I do that thru ticketmaster of the venue's box office...
