This has always been in my top 3 favorite songs/pj songs of all time. but that is not why i am saying this. i really love the very drift-away-ish feel to the song, and the amazing atmosphere. it is a great song live .. GREAT .. but it will NEVER measure up to the studio recording. one of those songs. brings you to another world. this one was pretty different for pj, ed said it himself. i say they should do some more serious experimentation like that on the next album. doubtful though. i know whatever they do is fantastic .. but those small experimentation stages were awesome.

100% agree with you! Its a great song and the live version just doesnt do it justice. And I totally know what you mean about the drift awayish tone. Its kinda depressing but its so unique musically I love the whole thing.

I agree...enough with the garage rockers...let's try out some more experimental stuff, Pearl Jam!

Last time they played it live was 1992 when they played the "Save the Ewok" benefit on Endor...

I love sleight of hand! Got it in Tampa in 2000 and about went over the 2nd floor balcony. Spilled a $7.00 beer all over my ex-wife as well! Fond memories.

These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

One of my fav songs, def in top 10. The spacey feel to it is amazing, a unique song for them indeed and wish they would go in that direction more.
