10C seating: scattered over venue or first rows?

I know that in prior EV tours, all of the seats were right up front so if you were lucky enough to secure Ten Club tix, you were ensured a great seat. I don't remember the exact wording for this tour announcement, but it sounded as if they would be spread randomly.

Does anyone have any further info on this?

    last week someone posted that they had contacted the palace theater in albany, and they had been told that rows a-o (first 15 rows) had been reserved for 10c, this is quite a bit of hearsay but it's all i got
