What is the secret to get tickets from 10 club? All I get is:

Is it the ISP speed? Is it luck? How far your away from the sever?

first the vic
then ev solo
and now msg 1

it's pathetic and it equals me not having a fair chance

Hey, better than nothing... Good luck on MSG 2. I think it will be easier.

That's a 'normal' message to receive when the site's busy. You may need to refresh your browser several times during the ordering process for high demand shows.

that seriously made me LAUGH!

i am sure there are some uber computer-literate people out there who DO know a few tricks. overall though, i think it is pure dumb luck.

If you're just a regular but tech savvy fan, that's cool. I wish I knew your secret though. I read one clue already in another thread and it was a 'duh, that's makes sense' moment for me.

I find that yelling at my computer really loud as the serverbusy screen comes up works.

be patient and cross your fingers(on non-mouse hand), that is about all you can do

The page won't be as pretty, but it will load much faster. Something to watch for though is the buttons that you have to hit such as buy and submit may not be there. If you have done this enough times you should know where they are. They are still clickable, you just can't see some of them.

I've never done anyting special, and I've gotten tickets for every show that I was attempting to see. Including two of the EV solo shows. I just login 5 minutes before sell time, then I just refresh like mad! =} Works every time!

got tix for both shows and i have no secrets, no magic powers, etc.. its luck

Got tix for night 1 MSG no problem. Night 2 could not connect to the server!

I think getting tickets for MSG was 50% luck and 50% technique/practice.
I practiced at the other ticket sales just to get a feeling for the website and the whole process. Plus it helps if know how to get the best performance out of your computer and your internet connection. No rocket science, just as someone said above, things a lot of people wouldn't think about. When the goods section doesn't slow me down I can refresh it an estimated 1.5 times per second. Oh yeah and sometimes you need that extra bit of dedication. In 2006 it took me five hours (I repeat it: 5 h !) to get my three ticket pairs for the european tour. I never got shut out of any tickets or poster sales and I can assure you I'm definitely not a scalper.
