i put in for tix to a show and after 3 days of holding the money ten club has now made the funds available. its for the roll over albany show. does this mean no tickets for me?
I am in the same boat. I thought they were supposed to decide on April 10th if you were chosen or not. I have not gotten any info weather or not I was chosen & the funds were sent back. Yet on my list of things purchased from the site, the tix are still listed.
Geez, I'm guessing these people got stuck looking for Easter Eggs all weekend.
It absolutely amazes me how many people are oblivious to the way that their financial institutions handle their money..... While I agree there are a lot of policies that are small printed and hard to find, this scenario is e-banking 101.
PJ_Lukin is right... Santos did say early this week... for some reason I thought it was today when pre-sale ended Friday, but I don't think we'll know until at least by the end of THEIR day or later.
On top of their normal business operations, they have to do this random ticket selections for all shows and then send out mass emails.
I don't think they are going to hand-select the tickets as I have seen a few being worried about that. That would be silly with so many shows and LOTS OF 10c members! That would take forever for them to do that!
It has to be a program that randomly selects the x of people who have signed up and their funds 'secured', then from there e-mails are sent out.
Then they have to be prepared for a lot of questions - and angry folks.
I don't expect to know anything today - maybe tomorrow? I'll check back here tomorrow.
Again, good luck!
JA: Why do I get the Ticketmaster question?
