Help with Far Behind

I can figure out most of the chords on the song. However, there is one chord that I see Eddie play on a vid that I cannot figure out what it is. It comes during the verse. Most people play it as an E minor but Ed plays it differently. Has anyone figured out this chord and willing to share the fingerings with me? any help would be great! Thanks.
