"A Thought"

I think we are unconscious beings having a conscious experience. The unconscious side would be something so radically different from what we know in this plane of existence, which is why we choose to be human. We found something in this experience, perhaps something that was not expected, that was so powerful, moving, beautiful and free that we now cling to this world with a fierce determination. We found our own meaning in the context of this place. Why would we choose a life of limitation unless there was something so profound about it. We wanted to feel something other than bliss. Perhaps death is a transition back to our former selves. Or perhaps the choice of human being comes with a price. Beauty and freedom at the cost of eternity. Those who choose to leave absolute awareness and become human being perhaps cannot return to their former. A human being has lost the ability to transition back. Certainly in our human state we would not remember the choice. Perhaps we would. I do not know. I will have to think about that point a little more. Maybe the choice is not a choice but the chosen. Really though I feel that human being is nothing more than an accident. Human intellect is just a product of evolution. Certain factor and conditions were met and the product is IQ. Perhaps there is force that started it all. But I do not feel that they have a vested interest in the interest of man. Perhaps it was just a “sneeze” that started the big bang and everything just fell into place after. An eternal watchmaker.
