I 'raised' a good little PJ addict!!

My 17 year old cousin (basically a sister/daughter to me)started her first job a few weeks ago...and she's been putting away part of her paycheck into a PJ fund!! :D:D:D I am so proud of her!! I must of done something right (or horribly wrong! :lol: )!! What a smart girl! ;)

    I've also raised a good little PJ addict! When my wife and I were long distance dating, I'd send her lots of music over AIM, including tons of PJ. In '03, she decided she wanted to go to a show with me, so we went to the State College show. She's been rabid ever since. :)

    We save up money every year now for PJ Summer (in case they're touring and we want to travel to see them).

    For her 16th birthday my ex and I took her to chicago for lollapalooza :) last summer she traveled with me to the DC show and did both camden shows.... She's also spread the love of PJ to her friends which makes me happy too.

    I applaud your job of spoiling her miserably, and you must realize how you have screwed her up for the rest of her life, having a psychotic near-rabid addiction of pearl jam. It's unhealthy to some, though to probably all of us on these boards, we couldn't live without that addiction.

    She still swears to this day that I brain washed her! Though maybe I did, maybe I knew my marriage was in trouble and I'd need another PJ addict to tour with ;) :P

    I do believe they think I take her to the concerts and force her to smoke pot! Lol! :lol:
    I have educated her on it... but we've never smoked (to their disbelief)
