EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR TICKETS?

A friend asked me how many times was I going to check my email starting on monday,I said monday ?? I told her
I will be checking as soon as the presale ends later today,but I know it will be monday at the earliest before anyone gets the good news.

    I doubt we find out tonight. Presale ends 5 pm Seattle time on a holiday weekend.

    That would mean they would have to stay late tonight, run each lottery, remove the holds on all the cards of people who didn't win, send emails out to the winners, and send emails out to the unlucky ones all after normal business hours on a holiday weekend.

    I'm thinking Monday or Tuesday at the earliest.

    Then again, maybe I'm just hoping 10 club proves me wrong. ;)

    I am guessing midweek next week :( I am sure if they knew how long it would take they would have let us know in the announcement. There are thousands of orders. Must be a bit of an administrative nightmare to do this all.

    I just hope this policy is limited to these little theater shows for EV. If this is a sign of things to come for the full band tours, there are going to be a lot of angry people around here that will not be renewing their memberships.

    The great thing about a free market is that if people don't like the service they are paying for, they are free to STOP paying for it. I actually stop and think about what the 10C provides for me BEFORE I renew every year. So far, I think my membership dues are worth what I get for my money. When (or if) the day comes that I am not satisfied with the service, I doubt that I will bitch on a public forum. Rather, I'll just opt NOT to renew the membership.

    What I find amusing is that people actually do get angry about this shit. I mean, am I supposed to feel sorry for people who CHOOSE to be a member of something that they don't feel is satisfactory? If you know someone who hated the gym they are a member of, yet continued to renew their membership on a yearly basis, wouldn't you just advise them to NOT renew their membership again? Seems like common sense from where I'm standing.

    Last EV tour 10c had seats all over the venue. I think it's like any other 10c arrangement, just on a smaller scale numbers wise. Check out some of the 'Fan Views' threads from last summer. A lot of people were pleasantly surprised with their tickets, as I recall....

    We have to sweat it out until next week.

    I'm a little nervous about getting tickets for the first Albany show. It seems like so many people put in for them. Just hope I am one of the lucky ones. We also put in for Atlanta night two, assuming there is a "rollover" show in Atlanta the odds are probably better at getting tickets down there.
