    At every EV show all the ten club members should meet up some where at a bar prior to the event for some cheers and beers! Hope we all get a chance to get tix!!! Anyone from albany know of a good bar to be merry at? :)

    McGeary's is right across the street and is usually the place people go to before shows at the Palace. That is probably were I will be at before.

    The pump station is amazing for dinner, but I wouldn't recommend pre gamming for a show there. Its a bit pricey, but they do have some tasty house brews. I will probably pre game at my house anyways, since I live across the street. I am thinking about throwing a small get together on my roof, which is just the shit and overlooks the entire city of Albany.

    I got Albany night one and my girlfriend got Albany night 2! We're pretty psyched! I think my girlfriend is just as excited to see Liam as she is to see Eddie. I'm glad we were able to get these since we only live ~10mins from the Palace.

    any locals suggest what part of town to stay? i see the venue is downtown but is that sort of the best place to stay in terms of neigbhourhood ... i'm more into local bustling spots - i prefer mom and pop restaurants rather than chains and small independent stores vs. big box ...

    Most of the Hotels are uptown near the main campus.
    For local biz check out Lark Street.
