Anyone know whats going on with the festival this year? The past few its been a free concert in big cities with a pretty impressive lineup. This year they still haven't announced the DC lineup, and on their page they say that this year there will be a private concert for volunteers, and no mention of the usual free, public concert. I can't imagine them taking away the biggest draw of the festival without saying a word about it, but for whatever reason there has been very little in the way of communication as to whats going on.
