main site account - not able to log in

When the post was made about the possibility of a tour announcement tomorrow, I went to make sure everything was fine with my account. And I found that I can't log in. :( I wasn't able to log into the forums, either. I tried both over and over, and nothing. Then I decided to see if I could post anyway, and when it prompted me to log in in order to post, I was suddenly able to log in. So, I went back to the main site to see my account, but I still can't log in there.

Is this a problem with the site itself? Is anyone else having this issue? I have never had a problem logging into my account. I know I'm using the correct e-mail/password. I ordered the Ten Deluxe last month, so I know my account was fine just recently. Now I'm freaking out a little that something's wrong, and it won't be fixed before tomorrow, so I won't be able to log in if needed after the announcement. :(

    I am having the exact same problem. I don't even know where to send an e-mail that I am having this problem. Let me know if you find anything.

    And im really getting worried wit this twwet today that I might get screwed... :(

    I tried contacting them a couple of weeks ago but no one ever replied to my email. Of what I read here, I guess resetting your password is the only solution. I have been logging in from an email they sent me so I haven't bothered doing that.
    These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

    I can't log in either. I have to renew my membership which is impossible right now. I asked to send me a new password (a couple of hours ago) but I still haven't received an email.

    I had trouble logging in awhile ago. I think it has to do with them merging our 10C accounts with our board accounts. I had 2 usernames and 2 passwords. I reset my password and was able to keep my board username. Hope this helps.

    I tried to reset my password but it isn't working. I'm still waiting for an email with my new password (requested it yesterday).

    Same problem here...I will be pretty pissed if I mss out on the Chicago show. I haven't been able to see them live since the 06 tour!

    same problem here too, cant buy anything.

    requested to change my password but no E-mail response
