POSTER PEOPLE HELP WITH EMEK

Hi everyone,

I have been after Unnatural Resources for awhile and found someone willing to offer me a good price. (This is the one without the PJ) The poster was originally featured on an art print from The Living Tree Paper Company. The guy that wants to sell it to me works for this company and has sold a few in the past through EB. It is listed on Hip Hemp Posters through EB. I can't find any info anywhere in terms of feedback or reviews and this includes the EB forum. If anyone is willing to offer up an opinion....

1. Should one guy have access to multiples of this print since it is so hard to come by?
2. Is it possible to duplicate this print (he works there so I think this answers my own question)
3. Has anyone ever dealt with these folks before (hip hemp posters)

    is poster signed and number?

    if not then I would not buy

    anyone that says they use to work for a printer or artist, and is later selling prints, is suspect of stealing said prints....

    He still works there now and says that he was given a bunch of them

    If it's too good to be true then it usually is. Just saying, so be careful my dear. See yea for a beer in a couple of weeks. :D

    It is is not signed and numbered I would not buy them

    unless you don't care, that they might be stolen

    hip hemp did have some for sell on their website a few years ago and I doubt they gave a big stack of them to an employee

    there was only 500 to begin with

    Yeah I know there was only 500 that's one of the reasons I find it weird. The guy actually works at the Living Tree Paper Company and said he was there when the poster was commissioned and was given several.

    i believe i got the same poster from the guy from hip hemp in a trade almost a year ago on EB. went back to see if i could find my pm's with him over at EB to confirm, but i must've deleted it. i recall he told me the same story, he has a few from the company and he name dropped jeff wood, emek, etc. remember being a little skeptical with him at first, but i made the trade and got the print - it's genuine and signed/number. didn't think they couldve been stolen at the time and really cant really comment on that now. but the seller is legit and he was very nice/easy to deal with. not sure why we never left FBs....
