i was thinking about the show all day today...it doesn't seem like it was a year ago. i guess one of my biggest regrets is not staying. we were waiting for a little while, but decided to leave because we didn't want to bother him...but we should have waited!!! really cool you have the memory of meeting ed, i'll settle for having the memory of being at one of ed's first solo shows. the awesome intimate experience is burned into my brain for a lifetime! thanks ed.

He didn't really seem bothered. But that was probably because there were very few of us. And I think if it was any more people he probably would not have spent the time that he did. And if it was a huge crowd, I would not have waited in the first place. And for that very reason, I did not even try to wait for him after the LA shows.

i'm sure ed didn't mind the few fans who waited for him. if anything he probably liked the support after his first california show. at the time i thought i don't want to bother him...but i should have stayed...kicking myself in the ass right now!

I remember at berkeley, you guys were all bragging about how amazing that night was! oh well, at least I got to see one...I can't believe its' been a year! :P

To this day, I still can't believe it sometimes. Even just thinking about it makes me have butterflies in my stomach. Berkeley shows kicked ass too! Last year today, I was just watching the clock waiting anxiously for work day to end so that I could hit the road for the show.
