How to fix email

Yes the merge did reset most emails. I called Tenclub numerious times this year because I had so many problems. I'm not going into detail with all the problems I had but one was not getting confirmations. When I called the Tenclub they fixed it....but before you call just check your prefrences to get the emails, somehow during the merge mine got unchecked. If you did click it and it still doesn't work, the shoot an email or call and they can fix it on there end.

    LOL! They'll be getting a lot of calls!

    I was going to send them an email but seeing that so many people that usually get the email didn't get it as well makes me think its an issue on their end so I'm sure that with the threads talking about it I'm sure they'll become aware that something isn't working right.

    I'm still trying to get my old name back! It says it's already taken. Has anyone seen another catwoman on here?

    If it's your old name, then it's taken by you. They sent out an email about merging your accounts. Did you get it?

    Yes, I got the email about the merge & I answered it. But when it won't let me get my name back. I just gave up & made myself Catwoman1. At least I don't have the lame letters & numbers thing anymore.

    it is probably yourself who has it.

    the same thing happened to me, I tried changing my name to Mrs_Vedder78 and it told me it was already used so I had to take Mrs.Vedder78 instead, but both accounts its me, i just can't go onto the other one to make any changes. This happened to me after I sent my info for the merge.

    For those that did not receive the email check your profile. Click the profile link to get in your profile and on the left side of the screen there is a box that is labeled "Edit My Profile". Select the "Edit Contact Preferences" link. It brings up a contact box where you select what emails you want to receive.

    Current concerts

    my boxes are checked for all of these.

    those are for the configuration the homepage, the way the blocks are shown when you click on PJ home.
    Like if you unmark news you wont see them on the main page... it has nothing to do with your ability to receive emails.

    my box was checked to receive emails and I did not get it.

    I know -- I was too embarrassed that I could only post as JL#######, and couldn't figure out how to get my name back. I still couldn't quite figure it out, which is why I'm Catwoman1.
