Yes he was an idiot for shooting himself, but he's one of the best WR in the game. I think the Giants released him because his court date was moved to June and they didn't want to wait any longer during the off-season.

But....WE NEED SOMEONE!! I'm hearing rumors of Kiwanuka and a 1st round draft pick or Kiwanuka, 2nd rounder, and a player to be named for Anquan Boldin.

I'm a little surprised. He is gonna be missed. I bet the team is very pissed. He was actually very well liked in the locker room.

They better have a something in the works.....

He was liked by the fans too, he's the reason for the playoff run in 2007, and he's the reason they were 11-1 last year before he got suspended.

I really hope Anquan Boldin comes because now we have no Plax and no Toomer....I can't see our offense relying on Hixon, Smith, Moss, and Manningham. Plus without Plax or a big receiver, the 8th man is in the box to stop Jacobs, limiting our run game.

Or maybe there's so much confidence in the D that we don't need a big O

Realistically, if I were a Giants fan I'd probably miss him too.

That said, I have very little sympathy for idiot athletes who carry loaded guns into public places.

I'd rather Holt, I think he is more G-Men style and he really showed how good he can make a quarterback when he had Warner (turns out all Warner needed was a receiver, two). Harrison has shown his age too.

But Anquan Boldin is exactly Giants style, I love Kiwi but if I had to give him up for Boldin sure...hell maybe even Osi, but then I'd be torn because my jersey has 72 on the back.

I can't wait for the wildcat offense that features Burress, Vick, Jones, Barber, Whitten, and Romo...that's just silly.
