    Can you answer a question for me?

    I'm playing in a head to head league and have never played fantasy. I have 2 questions-

    -do you change your lineups once a week or can you change them everyday? Like can my lineup for Monday be different than it is for Tuesday

    -How many starting pitchers must be active for a week? Does it include every start for pitchers on your staff, or do you choose 3 and bench the others?

    -Usually for head to head you can change it every day up until the game starts, but you should check with your commissioner.
    -In head to head there is minimum innings pitcher amount, where you have to have all your pitchers throw a combined, say 20 innings, per week. One you reach that limit you won't lose any pitching points, but it is worth it to log many more innings than the minimum. Again though, check the scoring settings and talk to the commissioner.

    Also, this is for yahoo leagues. ESPN might be different.

    must be a 4 person league.

    It would be easier for someone to assess your lineup if they knew the parameters of your league.

    i'm the commish of a 12-team H2H, keeper salary cap league ($275 per team). this is the 2nd year of the salary/auction draft system, but most of the guys have been playing for 5 years now.

    Just did a 10 man NL Only League - deep lineups - it was brutal just trying to find starters at the end (ignore my alou pick, ran out of time)
