    The question everyone should be asking is: How does Katy Perry possibly get on a "cool" festival like Bumbershoot (as opposed to some pop-radio-hosted festival in LA or NYC)? What the crap, man.

    She's good looking, and that's all the reason the promoters need these days. Though I have to admit to likign a few of her songs... :oops:

    By those standards, I don't understand why Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera and Lady Gaga aren't playing Bumbershoot too. It's bad enough to have the utter-genericness of Sheryl Crow as the first name on there. But at least she's kind of a real songwriter/musician (just a totally generic one). Not just a young girl with big ones.

    Well, um, Fergie headlined one of the nights at Bshoot in 07! I don't think they're trying to be that "cool".
