Trying to not lay off people

My department is trying to not lay people off. The marketing budget has been wiped out. Anyone know of very low cost online markeing options? What is getting your attention?

    Google adwords works great for me, but then again, I have customers looking for very specific things.

    ms. haiku...i have no suggestions, just wanted to wish you good luck! sounds like your dept. is trying and that is a GOOD thing. such a tough economic climate out there...hope we all can hang on!
