    It was nice. Morocco was cool and Spain and Paris were awesome. Being constantly on the move and mixing some work/research with the trip (as well as getting sick somewhere in Morocco) led to a little less r&r than I generally like, but overall I had a great time.

    Always remember this! When you don't want someone to talk to you any more, just bring up Pearl Jam!

    They will be grossed out that you listen to "heavy metal" that was "in" 17 years ago ;) That will keep that manager at a distance...

    I have encountered much pettiness and backstabbing at work. Both sexes are good at it where I work.

    My female managers were never nice when I worked in a great department store (it's been replaced by Macy's).

    It's really sad when you are judged saying something as innocent as walking at 6 a.m. She is so stupid sounding, I guess she does not know/care that exercise increases your stamina, helps your mood, etc. Your manager may be a very unhappy person.

    I second that. Nothing is worse than HATING your manager. I have been there before....was the longest year and a half of my life. Joe Blade can suck my balls!!!

    I left early the other day because I was sick, I asked her and she said it was fine and that we had plenty of coverage. Now I find out that she talked about how I skipped outta work and 'left everyone hanging' and today she won't talk to me... This is getting ridiculous!!

    Killing is no fun ....think of all the wonderful things you could do with her alive!!!

    Let the air out of her tires
    Call her house and hang up 5-10 times between the hours of 2am and 5am
    Interesting how her lunch at work keeps vanishing everyday....mmm???
    Have everyone call in sick on the same day leaving her alone to hopefully realize how important it is not to shit on your employees.

    Basically make her life a living hell .......Killing her will only put a stop to the fun you can have ;):D

    I had a male supervisor who would talk to me about various employees, (he hired them by the way). He then would realize its wrong and say, "well this is between me and you, I have to vent to someone".
    He did this a lot. It was usually about employees who slacked on the job. I alwaays thought to myself, "why don't you get rid of them?".
    I wonder what he told other employees about me?
    Oh and he was male!! Its not just a female thing!

    Give her a new hair conditioner that she is suppose to leave in 10 minutes and really put Nair in the bottle.
    Send her mail back as "not at this address".
    Put sugar OUTSIDE her car, above the place you put gas in at. Maybe a little around the place you put it in, so she knows its there.
    Call the utility companies for her home address and say you are her and you are moving and want service shut off on such and such date.
    Of course, the oldies, order her pizza or any carry out, as if she ordered it.
    Call and have some kind of home service done on outside of her home and ask company to bill her at home address.
    Unplug her computer
    write bitch on her door in permanent marker. I was thinking on her face, but you can only do that when they are asleep.
    Call and offer her a job she can't refuse and set up an interview in some bad neighborhood.
    Call her doctor and say you are her sister and are concerned about her coke habit.
    Save room for dessert!

    Earlier she was telling all about another employees past and how she's been in jail and such... I already knew (though my manager doesn't know I know) but I think it's wrong to be sharing this girls past like that.

    It's too bad you're boss is so insecure.
    About a month or less ago my boss said something unkind about a co-worker to me (like he was confiding in me) and I looked him straight in the eye and said, "I wonder what kinds of things you say about me when I'm not here..." And walked away.
    I really screwed that up. I really Schruted it.

    Your boss is seriously a nut.

    My boss is a creep.
    He hit on me after he gave me my review. I told him that he should talk to someone else in our department since he wasn't her boss (she was interested in him). I thought that would be enough of a hint that I wasn't interested but he would call my house from his cell phone(I never answered) and one day when I was leaving work he followed me outside to the front of the building and asked me out. I was freaked out and didn't know what to say so I just kept saying I don't know. Then he said for me to call him and let him know and I told him I couldn't do that. I've been avoiding him as much as possible ever since. I just found out that someone in my department heard him and now it's like I feel like my reputation there is messed up. People kept making comments to me about him and now I know why.


    Are you sure your boss doesn't have a thing for you. It sounds way to wierd.

    This women is clearly shitting herself that if you spend time with other colleagues she might have to face the fact that one of you will find a backbone and address the fact that she talks about you all behind your backs.She sounds damn dangerous...........I'd be addressing this issue with her or her manager.

    giving my notice on Saturday... either i'll only have 2 weeks left or she'll throw a shit fit and I'll jut walk out.

    either way I can't deal with this woman any longer.... it's just not worth it.

    When I left my job (the one where my boss was your bosses clone) I gave her a month notice. She was pissed that I was leaving and scheduled me to work EVERY DAY of that month. 30 days straight. Idiot. Needless to say I returned the same day with my updated 2 week notice letter.

    I'm so glad to be out of that place.

    honestly I think this woman will just not put me on the schedule at all for the next 2 weeks.... which is fine by me. She has NO IDEA I have a second job, so she'll think she's screwing me. :lol:
