Emails to 10c

My set arrived a bit damaged too (squashed in one of the corners), I contemplated keeping it as is for a while, but if it was from anywhere else I would return it. So I decided to contact 10c and ask about getting a replacement. Have sent 2 emails and a pm to Santos - no reply yet. Luckily I've been able to enjoy my other half's SDE.

How long have you been waiting before getting repleis from 10c? Don't want to be overbearing, but getting a little worried at the lack of response!

    I usually get replies in a few hours
    longest was a day or 2

    Yeah, before this I've never ususally had any problems - normally great at replying.

    I'd say give them a day or two. If they don't respond to you, then call your credit card company to dispute the charge. That'll get their attention and get it resolved.

    I e-mailed them about my set too. I received 2 of disc 1 of the drop in the park lp. the response took a few days and they wrote back and said sony did the packaging and they were forwarding my request along. i've never had them not get back so give it a couple more days.

    I sent an email on Saturday and got an answer on Tuesday then replied that day and got a response today about 1 day turn around.

    they'll get back to you- I'm sure this happened to a lot of people. Plus they are busy making plans for an Ed solo tour- and PJ tour in the fall!!! :mrgreen:

    Yeah, I was. Just got a reply that "Your complaint will be forwarded to SONY for resolution. You will be contacted soon."

    Not sure what to make of that one as I was under the impression they'd already arranged for some box sets to be returned to 10c. Bit disappointed as I think 10c should be sorting it out directly, as that's who I paid and ordered it from, not sure forwarding my 'complaint' to Sony is the right thing to do.

    Hopefully Sony will be in touch by the end of the week and sort it all out.

    Mine was slightly damaged too. Just the sleves so I'm not too concerned. I'm just going to keep it though. I don't plan on selling it or anything so I don't really mind.

    I think that is terrible advise. I would call the 10C before disputing the charge on your cc.

    Ten Club LLC is a business. They need to respond to customers when they have a legitimate complaint. How long would you recommend waiting? ...and I agree, a phone call would be a best next step.

    i have been back and forth with them for the last week with some some issues i have had with me member number. They have been great, it took awhile to solve the problem but it was solved. they have a lot going on right now.

    I had the same exact damage and sent an email with photo of damage. Haven't heard back. Been almost two weeks.

    I had the same problem of getting 2 side A/B of Drop in the Park, emailed them and they responded in about 5 days saying the same thing that my complaint was forwarded to Sony. I haven't heard anything from Sony yet.
